"Walk in the Truth" from 3 John 1
Let us not love with words but with actions.
Pray for non-believers that they will walk in the truth. Pray for one another, so that God's words will touch each lives.
Show Hospitality with each other, the truth and personal walk with the Lord. Be faithful in doing small things, whatever ministry we have we are full time in our ministry - in serving God with all of our heart.
Walking in the Truth is following the right path when we walk God's ways - don't expect that the road will be smooth, don't expect there will be no temptations.
We need to follow directions and be reminded of God's words.
How do we walk in the truth?
To walk in Spirit you must deny your flesh do not feed your flesh. If you feed your flesh you will be walking in flesh but if you feed your Spirit you will be walking in Spirit.
Be open and friendly do hospitality to everyone even they are strangers
Stop complaining and arguing do everything according to God.
Pastor's Message
In the context with this chapter Paul and Barnabas shared boldly the Good news to the people. But there were some who refuse to believe the Word. The same thing for us, don't expect that all people will receive and respond to the Good news. Many times you've shared to your families, friends, co-workers and classmates but still they rejected it. But I encourage you to GO ON (continue), and remember this: Gospel is like a time bomb it will explode in the hearts of those who heard it at the right time.
